Lumina Illuminate

Jen and Emily had the pleasure of attending the Lumina Alliance's annual "Dancing with Our Stars" fundraiser with a few clients and friends.

Foronjy Financial was thrilled to have the opportunity to be a sponsor of the event, which raised over $400,000 to support Lumina's mission to "empower survivors through advocacy, healing, and prevention, creating pathways to safety and lasting resilience."

Santa Barbara Chamber of Commerce

Jen, Austin and Olivia receiving their new member plaque at the May Santa Barbara South Coast Chamber of Commerce meeting. The trio enjoyed the monthly meeting where they were able to connect with other business leaders and non-profit representatives in the community.

Coast Little League

Emily runs the "snack shack" for our local Coast Little League every Saturday during baseball season. Not only can she be found flipping burgers and serving hot dogs, she helps with purchasing supplies and organizing volunteers. Emily said, "I enjoy creating a reason for kids and families to spend more of the day at the field hanging out together and building community."

San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce Expo

Emily, Olivia and Austin staffed the Foronjy Financial booth at the SLO Chamber of Commerce's "Expo at the Expo" in May. The Expo was a great opportunity for the Foronjy Financial team to connect with other professionals and members of the community.

Village of Hope

Chris and his family traveled with their church service group to help build homes in Mexico. Chris' daughter, Scottee, was a big help as you can see here!

Santa Barbara Bucket Brigade

Olivia spent an evening volunteering at the Bucket Brigade Humanitarian Farm — the farm has produced over 17,000 lbs of food annually for local food banks and pantries.

Little League Coaching

It is no secret that the Foronjys love baseball, but did you know that Jen coaches recreational baseball? She is about to finish her 5^th season as a volunteer coach, and although it takes many hours out of her week, she enjoys the opportunity to help the kids work on their baseball skills, sportsmanship, and to help guide them to be wonderful humans on and off the field.
